Building on the European patent GW, which provides superior mechanical properties for the panel, Topfloor has developed an innovative floor finish that is incorporated into the metal capsule through a special digitalized PVC formula.

The pre-coated sheet of the GW Fusion™
Digitalized PVC can be printed in any aesthetic pattern.
The pre-coated sheets are produced using Coil Coating, one of the most modern and advanced continuous coating processes for metallic substrates. Topfloor has developed this surface with a metallic substrate pre-coated with a digitalized PVC film, creating a special formula that also allows for vertical bending.

The Topfloor panels of the GW and GW Fusion series are manufactured based on an innovative design that has been recognized as European Patent No. 1409812.

Structural reinforcement with bottom closure: High load performance (above class 5)
Our structural reinforcement system with bottom closure, as per European Patent No. 1409812, features a vertical and recessed reinforcement along the entire perimeter of two galvanized sheet trays, doubled along the perimeter corners and mechanically pressed and folded. This unique design ensures superior load performance even without the use of crossbars.
Micro-expansion area against moisture: Greater stability
The design of our panel has been created to include a micro-expansion area on the top, designed to ensure dimensional stability even in conditions of high environmental humidity. This feature allows the panels to “breathe”, maintaining their structural integrity without compromising it.
Production from mechanical molding: Precision and speed
From the innovative design of the Topfloor GW series panel, a fully automated production line has been developed. Through this system, steel sheets, appropriately stamped, are assembled to the internal core on both sides and mechanically pressed at 250 tons without any welding.
System Corner Lock
The GW series panels are also available in the “Corner Lock” version, a system that allows for the locking of each panel onto the pedestal head using suitable fastening screws applied to pre-drilled holes with a recessed edge on each corner of the panels.
