Pama Building

The Pama Tower, located in the financial district of Kuwait City, is a landmark skyscraper in the architectural landscape of the capital. With its 70 floors, the tower hosts high-end offices, commercial spaces, and premium services. It was designed to embody the principles of energy efficiency and sustainability, integrating advanced building management technologies.

Topfloor made a significant contribution to this project by supplying raised flooring, which proved essential for the flexibility of the interior spaces. The innovative design of the tower required solutions capable of accommodating a complex system of cabling, conduits, and technological installations while maintaining a sleek and modern aesthetic. The raised flooring installed by Topfloor allowed all necessary infrastructure to be concealed beneath the walking surface, providing easy access for maintenance and upgrades.
